Kings Road Residence is an existing 1960’s renovated apartment which blends both contemporary design with subtle nods to modernist influences.

The updated kitchen and bath features custom-built cabinets crafted with rich wood and color accents as it favors warmth and deepens room’s pallet against more modern touches. The renovation hones in textural changes such as the Venetian plaster and stainless steel accents in an effort to create a harmonious contrast, offering a dynamic, yet refined shift from room to room.

Further consideration was made to the heated floors for added comfort and radiant heating throughout the rest of the apartment, ensuring an optimal living experience.
